Since entering the dental world in 2013, I have always had a passion for not only serving our patients but also serving our team. It is safe to say I have worn many hats since initially starting as a receptionist such as verification manager, hygiene manager, treatment coordinator, and dental billing/accounts receivable manager during my six accumulated years. In 2022, I was approached with an opportunity to partner and help serve teams throughout the nation with dental insurance verification.
